Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 125g sugar
- 100g flour
- 75g margarine/ butter
- 25g cocoa powder
For sauce
- 50g dark chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 100ml fresh cream
Method
- Whisk sugar and eggs to ribbon stage
- Melt margarine/butter in a sauce pan
- Sieve flour and cocoa powder
- Fold in flour into the mixture
- Add melted margarine/butter
- Pour into the greased moulds and bake at 180 Degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes
- Unmold and place on a cooling rack
Sauce
- Put chocolate into a bowl and place on a double boiler
- Add cream and stir
- Remove and pour onto the cake and serve
